Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of HeyDrop services. By using HeyDrop, you agree to these terms in full.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HeyDrop services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using HeyDrop on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Service Description
HeyDrop provides a digital business card platform including: card creation and customization, sharing via QR code, link, Apple/Google Wallet, and NFC; AI-powered contact scanning; contact management; and CRM synchronization. Feature availability varies by subscription plan.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You may not share your account credentials or use another person's account without their permission.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited messages through HeyDrop; upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights; attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data; use automated tools to scrape or extract data; or use HeyDrop for any purpose that violates applicable law.
5. Your Content
You retain full ownership of content you upload to HeyDrop (photos, logos, text, links). You grant HeyDrop a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute this content solely as necessary to provide the service. This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account.
6. Intellectual Property
HeyDrop and its logos, designs, software, and documentation are the property of HeyDrop P.S.A. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without written permission.
7. Payments & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor Paddle. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. Annual plans are billed upfront. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Prices may be updated with 30 days written notice.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for temporary service disruptions due to factors beyond our reasonable control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyDrop's total liability under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to HeyDrop in the 12 months preceding the claim. HeyDrop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to paid features ends at the end of the current billing period. You may export your data before account closure. We retain data for 30 days after account deletion for recovery purposes, then permanently delete it.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Krakow, Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
