For C-suite, VP People & VP Marketing
One brand. One platform. One invoice. From 5 cards to 5,000.
The procurement-ready digital business card layer for the entire organisation. Brand-locked at the org level, deployed via SSO, billed once across all seats. Used by 300+ teams to retire shadow IT and finally make the card a measurable channel.
Used by sales orgs, marketing teams, brokerages, clinics, and Fortune-500 IT - built to scale from a 15-person law firm to a 5,000-seat enterprise.
What ungoverned cards cost
Three problems that scale with headcount.
Shadow IT
Five card apps, none approved.
Right now your reps are using consumer-grade card apps from the App Store. No SSO. No audit log. No DPA. No idea where the data lives. InfoSec finds out at the worst possible moment.
Brand drift
5,000 employees, 5,000 versions.
Each rep prints their own at the local copy shop. Your $5M rebrand walks into the room as 5,000 different shades of "the brand." There is no enforcement layer between brand guidelines and what reps actually print.
No revoke
Offboard = unbounded risk.
VP of Sales leaves Friday. Her wallet pass with the company logo and "VP, Acme" stays in 800 prospect phones until the heat death of the universe. No revoke button on a paper or consumer card.
A platform built for the org chart
Brand-locked. SSO-deployed. Billed once.
Brand-locked at the template, not by policy. Marketing defines the brand template - colors, fonts, logo, layout, mandatory fields. Reps edit only what you allow (typically name, title, photo, personal phone). Brand drift becomes a structural impossibility, not a quarterly enforcement campaign.
SSO in, SCIM next, audit log always. Google + Microsoft SSO live today. SAML + SCIM 2.0 ships next on the same architecture - auto-provision the day someone starts in your IdP, auto-revoke the day they leave. Every admin action timestamped and exportable for InfoSec.
One invoice, scale-aware pricing. $2.99/card/month at 5+ seats; $1.99/card/month at 50+; custom for 100+. No setup fee, no per-feature add-on, no surprise line items. Multi-year commits unlock further discount; pilots run in parallel with paper.
What's in HeyDrop Teams
The feature set the C-suite signs off on.
Procurement-ready. Marketing-controlled. Sales-ops-loved. The platform layer the rest of the company stops fighting.
Brand-locked templates
Colors, fonts, logo, layout enforced. Multiple templates per group (Sales, Field, Exec). No brand drift, ever.
SSO + audit log
Google + Microsoft SSO live. SAML + SCIM next. Every admin action logged and exportable for InfoSec.
Custom domain (Enterprise)
cards.yourcompany.com - SSL provisioned, traffic routed, brand intact end-to-end. Recipient experience is yours.
Centralized admin
Bulk import via CSV. 30-second offboard. Multi-template assignment by group. Built for office managers, not sysadmins.
Apple & Google Wallet
Every employee's card on the lock screen. Push updates over the air when titles change. No reprints, ever.
Native CRM sync
HubSpot live (bidirectional). Salesforce, Pipedrive, Dynamics next. Owner ID stamped, lead source attributed, dedup baked in.
Unified billing
One invoice across all seats. No per-feature add-ons. Annual or monthly. Drops to $1.99/card at 50+ seats.
Per-rep ROI dashboard
Cards shared, scans done, leads created, attribution by event. Manager pipeline review takes minutes, not days.
Dedicated CSM (Enterprise)
Named CSM, white-glove onboarding, quarterly business reviews, direct escalation channel for support.
What changes for the org
From kickoff to next year's QBR.
Quarter 1
500 seats live in pilot division.
SSO connected, custom domain provisioned, brand template approved by Marketing. Pilot rolled out to one division. CSM-led admin training complete.
Quarter 2
Org-wide live. Shadow IT dead.
Full rollout across the org. The five consumer card apps your reps were using get retired in the IdP. One platform, one audit trail, one billing line.
Year 1
Audit closes early.
Auditor asks for the offboarding log. Export takes 30 seconds. The card platform is no longer a security exception waiting to happen - it's the example used in next year's RFP template.

Sales
“Three quarters in. Our SDR team scanned 4x more booth leads than last year, and HubSpot was clean for the first time since I joined. Attribution finally works.”
Marketing
“We rolled HeyDrop out to 200+ employees in a week. Consistent branding across every booth, zero IT tickets, and lead source attribution we can finally trust in HubSpot.”
Mobile Workforce
“في معارض GITEX، فريقنا التقط ضعف عدد العملاء المحتملين خلال نصف الوقت. مزامنة CRM الفورية كانت العامل الحاسم لنا.”
HR & Admins
“Onboarding a new sales hire used to mean ordering cards, waiting two weeks, then re-printing when the title changed. Now it takes 90 seconds and saves us thousands a year on reprints.”

Teams & enterprise FAQ
FAQ
What's included in HeyDrop Teams that we don't get on Pro?
Brand-locked templates enforced at the org level, admin panel with multi-template support per group, unified billing across all seats, audit log, SSO (Google + Microsoft live; SAML + SCIM next), custom domain on Enterprise, dedicated CSM on Enterprise. Plus everything Pro has - Apple/Google Wallet, AI scanner, native CRM sync.
How much does it cost across our org?
Small Teams: $2.99/card/month at 5+ seats. Medium Teams: $1.99/card/month at 50+ seats. Enterprise: custom pricing for 100+ seats with multi-year volume discounts. One invoice across all seats; no per-feature add-ons.
How long does a 500-seat rollout take?
Typical timeline 4–8 weeks contract-to-live. Week 1–2: security review (Trust Center, DPA, subprocessors). Week 3–4: SSO config, custom domain SSL, brand template approved by Marketing. Week 5–8: phased rollout by division with CSM-led admin training.
Do you have SOC 2 / ISO 27001?
SOC 2 Type II is on our published security roadmap. Today we operate to SOC 2 controls (encryption in transit and at rest, scoped access, audit logging, vendor management, incident response). ISO 27001 alignment documented; certification on roadmap. Security questionnaire shared under NDA.
Can we use our own domain like cards.acme.com?
Yes - included on Enterprise plans. SSL provisioned, traffic routed, brand intact end-to-end. Cards live on cards.acme.com, not heydrop.app. The recipient experience is your domain, your brand.
What's the offboarding story?
From the admin panel, deactivate the user. Card returns to a generic 'No longer at company' page; wallet pass updates over the air; CRM sync token revoked; future shares go nowhere. The 30-second action that used to be a six-month security risk window.
How do leads get into HubSpot or Salesforce at scale?
Native HubSpot integration is bidirectional and live today. Salesforce, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics ship next on the same architecture. Owner ID stamped at scan/share time. Lead source = card share or event tag. Dedup baked in. Zapier covers the long tail (6,000+ apps).
Is there a trial pilot we can run before signing a contract?
Yes - we typically run a 30-day pilot with one division (10–50 seats) at the Small Teams or Medium Teams price. Validates rollout mechanics, brand template, integrations, and adoption metrics before the multi-year commit. Most Enterprise rollouts start this way.
