For sales reps & consultants
Never forget a follow-up.
Tags. Notes. Reminders. Two-way iPhone and CRM sync. Turn 500 contacts into a working pipeline.
The forgotten-follow-up tax
Where contacts go to die.
01
The iPhone graveyard.
800 contacts in your phone. No tags. No way to remember which "John Smith" was the prospect from CES versus the cousin's friend you met at a wedding. Every search returns six wrong answers.
02
The CRM you stopped opening.
Salesforce in a browser tab on your laptop. You're at a coffee meeting on a Tuesday. The contact's not there because nobody synced last week. You promise to "add it later." You don't.
03
The "Q1 follow-ups" spreadsheet.
A Google Sheet with 60 names and a Last-Contacted column you stopped updating in February. Three deals slipped through because the row went one cell too far down to see.
One source of truth, three sync targets
The working layer your CRM forgot.
Tag what matters, ignore what doesn't. Every contact carries unlimited tags - event names, campaigns, lifecycle stages, deal status, geography. Build a saved view for "VIP follow-ups Q2" and it stays current as new contacts land. The CRM gets the same tags as list memberships.
Notes that survive a sync. Write rich notes on any contact - what you talked about, what they care about, who else was in the room. Notes don't get blown away when iPhone Contacts syncs. They flow back into HubSpot or Salesforce as activity history if a CRM is connected.
Reminders that ping the right phone. Set "follow up Tuesday" or "annual check-in" on any contact. Reminders ping in the HeyDrop app and as a native phone notification. Recurring works for quarterly check-ins. The contact you said you'd circle back to actually gets circled back to.

Capabilities.
The features a working salesperson uses every day. Nothing else.
Unlimited tags & saved views
Tag by event, campaign, lifecycle stage. Saved views stay current as new contacts land.
Rich notes per contact
Write what you talked about, what they care about. Notes survive every sync and flow into CRM activity.

Two-way iPhone & Android sync
Add in HeyDrop, see it in your phone in seconds. Edit either side; they stay matched. No duplicates.
Native CRM sync
HubSpot bidirectional today. Salesforce and Pipedrive next. Tags map to lists; notes to activity; reminders to tasks.
Three-character search
Search across name, company, email, phone, tags, notes. Returns as you type. Filter chips scope by tag or campaign.
What changes for a working rep
From the first import to the next quarter.
Day 1
800 phone contacts imported and tagged.
Bulk import from iPhone Contacts. Apply tags by domain or company. Save first views: "VIPs", "Cold list Q2", "Customers." Hours of muddle, replaced.
Day 30
Three follow-ups closed because of a reminder.
First month of recurring reminders. Three deals that would have slipped get a "still interested?" ping at the right time. The product pays for itself in week three.
Quarter 1
CRM activity history is current for the first time.
Notes from coffee meetings flow into HubSpot automatically. Manager pipeline review is real, not aspirational. Forecast accuracy creeps up because the data underneath is fresh.

A real workflow
Tuesday coffee. Three contact moves.
A consultant takes a coffee with a prospect they last met six months ago. Old workflow: scramble for the LinkedIn message thread, forget what was discussed, send a generic follow-up Wednesday. New workflow:
Step 1 · Walking in
Search for the contact, see the note from October ("they want a Q1 partnership review"), see the open reminder ("ping after their funding round"). Walk in fully briefed.
Step 2 · After the meeting
Add a note: "agreed to scope a Q2 partnership doc, intro to their CFO." Set a reminder for Friday: "send draft scope." Tag with #partnerships-q2. All inside two minutes on the walk back.
Step 3 · Friday morning
Reminder pings. Note context still there. Send the scope. Move the partnerships-q2 saved view forward by one. The follow-up that used to slip closes itself.
Sync that just works

Contact-management FAQ
FAQ
How is HeyDrop different from my iPhone Contacts app?
iPhone Contacts is a flat list - no tags, no notes that survive a sync, no reminders, no event grouping. HeyDrop adds the workflow layer working professionals actually need: tags by event or campaign, rich notes, follow-up reminders, and bidirectional sync so you don't have to choose between iPhone and HeyDrop - both stay current.
Can I tag contacts by event or campaign?
Yes. Every contact can carry unlimited tags. Pre-build tag presets like 'Web Summit 2026', 'Cold list Q2', or 'VIP'. Tags also flow into HubSpot or Salesforce as lead source / list membership when CRM Sync is connected.
Does HeyDrop set follow-up reminders?
Yes. Add a reminder on any contact ('Email Tuesday', 'Call back in 2 weeks'). Reminders ping you in the app and on your phone. Recurring reminders too - quarterly check-in, annual catch-up, however your funnel runs.
Will it sync with my iPhone or Android contacts?
Yes. Two-way sync is on by default for Pro users. Add a contact in HeyDrop and it appears in your phone in seconds. Edit a phone contact and HeyDrop updates the same record. No duplicates, no conflicts.
What about my CRM - HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive?
Native HubSpot integration is bidirectional today; Salesforce and Pipedrive ship next on the same architecture. Tags map to lists; notes map to activity history; reminders map to tasks. Other CRMs covered via Zapier (6,000+ apps) or CSV/Excel export. See CRM Sync for the full integration list.
Can I search 500+ contacts and actually find someone?
Yes. Search across name, company, email, phone, tags, and notes - all instantly. Three-character minimum returns results as you type. Filter chips for tags or campaigns let you scope the search to a known cohort.
Is the data exportable if I leave?
Always. Export your full contact list as CSV/Excel any time. We don't lock data in. Your contacts are yours; HeyDrop is just the tool you use to manage them.
