What's a QR business card and how is it different from a generic QR generator?

Can I customize the QR with my logo and brand colors?
Yes. Color, logo, frame, and CTA copy ('Scan to add') are all configurable. Pro and Teams plans support full brand templates so every team member's QR looks like part of the same company, not a random Etsy generator.
Does it work on every phone?
Yes. Modern iOS and Android cameras read QR codes natively - no app needed for the recipient. Older phones can use any any QR-scanning app or the camera with Google Lens. We also embed a fallback URL printed below the QR for absolute backwards compatibility.
Can I track who scanned my QR?
By design, no. We don't surface viewer analytics - your prospect's curiosity is not a data product. You see leads only when someone explicitly hands back their details using the 'Send me yours' button on your card. That's the trade-off that keeps the recipient experience frictionless.
What happens if I change my phone number after printing 500 cards?
Edit once in the HeyDrop app. The same printed QR resolves to a card with the new number - no reprint. The destination is dynamic; only the encoded short URL is on the paper.
