For IT admins, office managers & VP People
One admin. Hundreds of cards. Zero chasing.
A central console for HeyDrop Teams. Brand-locked. SSO. Audit log. Unified billing. 30-second offboard.
What ungoverned cards actually cost
What ungoverned cards cost.
01
Fifty cards, fifty designs.
Each rep designs their own card on a generic generator. One uses the wrong shade of blue. One forgot the logo. One added a meme. Your brand walks into the room as fifty different companies.
02
A title bump = an admin task.
Promotion week. Five reps need new cards. Old workflow: chase each one individually, hope they remember to update LinkedIn too. New workflow: bulk-edit in the admin panel, push to wallet passes, done before lunch.
03
Offboard day is a security incident.
An ex-employee leaves with their personal phone - and a wallet pass that says "VP, YourCompany." For a year, until someone notices. The admin panel makes that a 30-second deactivation.
A console built for the ratio
Brand-locked at the template, not by policy.
Brand-locked at the template, not by policy. The admin defines a template - colors, fonts, logo placement, mandatory fields, optional fields. Employees can edit only the fields you allow. Brand drift becomes a structural impossibility, not a quarterly campaign.
SSO in, SCIM out. Google and Microsoft SSO live today. SCIM provisioning ships next - auto-onboard the day someone starts, auto-revoke the day they leave. Until SCIM lands, CSV import handles the bulk-onboard case in two minutes flat.
Audit log that survives a procurement review. Every admin action timestamped: who added a user, who edited the brand template, who connected the CRM, who deactivated whom. Exportable for InfoSec. Defensible in front of an auditor.
What's in the admin panel
Console capabilities.
Practical controls for the practical realities of running cards across a real organisation.
Brand-locked templates
Colors, fonts, logo, layout, field rules - defined once at the org level. Employees edit only what you allow.
SSO (Google & Microsoft)
Single sign-on live today. SCIM provisioning ships next. Until then, two-minute CSV bulk import.
Group-based provisioning
Sales, Marketing, Field, Executives - each group gets its own template, its own field rules.
Audit log
Every admin action timestamped and exportable. Procurement-friendly. InfoSec-defensible.
30-second offboard
Deactivate a user. Card returns to generic page. Wallet passes update over the air. CRM tokens revoked.
Unified billing
One invoice across all seats. No surprise add-ons. Annual or monthly, with seat-based pricing from $1.99/card.
What changes for the admin
From the kickoff call to next year's QBR.
Week 1
200 cards live, brand consistent.
SSO connected, brand template approved by Marketing, bulk-import CSV uploaded. Every employee gets the same template - no one is "off-brand" because no one can be.
Quarter 1
No more chasing for title updates.
Promotions, role changes, office moves - all handled in the admin panel in seconds. The "did you update your card?" Slack thread doesn't exist anymore.
Year 1
Audit comes and goes without panic.
InfoSec asks for the offboarding audit log. You export it in 30 seconds. Compliance asks who has access to what; the admin panel answers in one report. The card platform is no longer a security exception waiting to happen.

Admins who stopped chasing.
“We rolled out HeyDrop to 200+ employees in a week. Consistent branding, zero IT headaches.”
“HeyDrop helped our sales team capture 3x more leads at CES 2026. The AI scanner is a game-changer for conferences.”
A real workflow
Monday morning. Three moves.
An office manager opens the admin panel after a typical Monday HR cycle: two starters, one leaver, one promotion. Old workflow: a Tuesday entirely consumed. New workflow:
Move 1 · Onboard
Two new starters provisioned via SSO. They log in Monday, the brand template auto-applies, they fill in name + title + photo. Cards live by lunch - no admin chase.
Move 2 · Promote
A rep gets bumped to manager. Admin edits the title in the admin panel. Wallet pass updates over the air. CRM owner ID stays consistent. The promoted rep doesn't even have to remember to update anything.
Move 3 · Offboard
A leaver's last day. Admin clicks "Deactivate." Card now returns "No longer at company" page. Wallet pass goes blank on next sync. CRM token revoked. The 30-second action that used to be a six-month risk window.
Procurement-friendly
Pass the security review on the first call.
EU-hosted infrastructure. Encryption in transit and at rest. Scoped access tokens. Full audit log. GDPR data-subject controls. SSO with Google and Microsoft today. SCIM, SAML, and SOC 2 on the published roadmap. Read the Trust Center.
- Audit log exportable to CSV - InfoSec gets a real artefact, not a screenshot.
- Custom domain on Enterprise - cards.yourcompany.com instead of heydrop.app.
- Role-based access: admin, billing-only, viewer - not just one toggle.

Roll it out this quarter
One admin. Hundreds of cards. Zero chasing.
Small Teams from $2.99/card/month (5+ seats). Medium Teams $1.99/card/month (50+ seats). Enterprise custom for 100+.
Admin & IT FAQ
FAQ
How long does it take to roll out HeyDrop to a 200-person team?
Typical rollout: under one week from contract to last card live. Day 1: SSO/SCIM connected, brand template approved. Day 2–3: bulk user import via CSV or directory sync, first batch of cards generated. Day 4–7: communications go out, employees activate via SSO. No employee installs an app to receive a teammate's card.
What happens when an employee leaves?
From the admin panel: deactivate the user. Their card returns to a generic 'No longer at company' page; their wallet pass updates over the air; their CRM sync token is revoked; their personal device loses access on next login. The risk of an ex-employee walking around with the company brand on their lock screen is solved.
Can I lock branding so employees can't change colors or fonts?
Yes. The admin sets a brand-locked template - colors, fonts, logo placement, layout, mandatory fields. Employees can edit only the fields you allow (typically: name, title, photo, personal phone). Brand drift across 200 cards becomes impossible by design.
Does the admin panel support SSO and SCIM?
Google SSO and Microsoft SSO are live. Okta, Azure AD, and SAML providers are on the roadmap. SCIM provisioning for auto-onboard / auto-offboard ships next on the same architecture. In the meantime, CSV import handles the bulk-onboard case in two minutes.
Is there an audit log for compliance reviews?
Yes. Every admin action - user added, brand template changed, card published, sync connected, user deactivated - is timestamped and exportable. Auditors get the same view your security team uses.
How does billing work for a team?
Unified billing - one invoice for all seats. Small Teams plan ($2.99/card/month) starts at 5 cards. Medium Teams ($1.99/card/month) starts at 50. Enterprise is custom for 100+. No per-feature add-ons that show up on the next invoice as a surprise.
Can different departments use different templates?
Yes. Set up multiple brand templates - Sales, Marketing, Field Service, Executives - each with its own colors and field rules. Assign by group at provisioning time. Employees only see the template that matches their group.
